• Buying an NFT gives ownership of the token only, not the artwork.

I want you to love your order from Healing in Colour. If something isn't quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery as long as it's in it's original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are processed once the item has been received and checked.

If your order arrives damaged or lost, please email healingincolourx@gmail.com within 7 days for a free replacement (for prints) or refund (for originals).

All canvas pieces are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Processing time

I aim to pack and dispatch all canvas orders within one week of purchase.

Delivery time

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most customers should receive their artwork within two weeks from order date.

Custom Fees

Please note, buyers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes or import fees your country may apply.

To keep your original artwork looking its best for years to come, please follow the care recommendations below:

Care & maintenance

• Keep your canvas free from dust and dirt. Regular, gentle dusting is advised.

• While not essential, it is recommended to display your canvas in a frame for added protection and longevity.

• If the canvas becomes marked with dirt that cannot be removed through dusting, you may use a slightly damp cloth and gently rub the affected area to lift the debris. Please note, if you see any paint coming off, stop immediately.

• Avoid placing your canvas in direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure may cause the colours to fade over time.

Important Notice

Healing in colour (Aimee Richards-Roode) is not responsible for any damage caused by dirt, dust, improper cleaning, or lack of care.
