Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Roode Rose Art. Every item I create is handled with care and attention to detail. Please read the policy below to understand how refunds and replacements are handled.

1. Damaged or lost items

​

I offer refunds or replacements if your order has been damaged in transit or lost during delivery. 

​

If your order arrives damaged:

​

  1. Contact me within 7 days of delivery at 

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  3. Once confirmed, I will send you a free replacement (for prints) or issue a full refund (for originals) if a replacement is not possible.

Please note:

  • Original paintings are one of a kind and cannot be replaced.

  • Art Prints can be reprinted, and a replacement will be sent out at no extra cost. 

If your order is confirmed as lost during delivery, a replacement (for prints) or refund (for originals) will be issued.

2. Returns for other reasons

​

If you change your mind or are unsatisfied with your order, i do accept returns under the following conditons:

  • You must contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaged securely so they are protected during return shipping. (you may use your own packaging as long as it keeps the item safe and protected).

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

3. Non-returnable items 

Most items can be returned as long as they are in their original condition, meaning they have not been altered, damaged, or visibly worn.

However, I cannot accept returns on:

  • Items damaged or altered after delivery.

  • Custom commissions or personalised orders.

​

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

  • ​If the order has not yet been dispatched,​ I may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.

  • Once your item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
