Welcome to Healing in Colour. By purchasing from or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing on order.

1. About Healing in Colour

This website and its content are owned and operated by Aimee Richards-Roode, trading as Healing in Colour.

2. Products

All items are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Please note that:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

  • Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind piece, and small variations or texture details are part of its handmade nature.

  • Art prints are produced from high-quality scans of my original artwork.

3. Orders & payments

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Payments are securely processed through the payment options provided on this site.

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.

If for any reason I am unable to fulfil your order (for example, if the item becomes unavailable), i will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

 

4. Shipping and delivery

 

I aim to pack and dispatch all in-stock items within 7 days or purchase.

For pre-orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch.

 

Shipping costs are calculated per item and shown at checkout. 

  • Multiple small items may be combined into one package.

  • Larger original paintings may require separate shipping.

  • Orders over £150 are sent via Royal mail Special delivery (next day tracked and insured).

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Healing in Colour is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or postal issues outside of my control.​

5. Returns and Refunds

I want you to be happy with your order. You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it as long as it is in it's original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged or lost, please contact me at healingincolourx@gmail.com within 7 days for assistance.

  • prints may be replaced free of charge.

  • Original paintings cannot be replaced but my be refunded if damaged or lost in transit.

All artwork, images, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Healing in Colour (Aimee Richards-Roode). They may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permition.

8. Limitation of Liability

While I take care to provide accurate product information and secure transactions, Healing in Colour cannot be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of this website or products purchased.

These terms are governed bu the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be handled in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
