Thank you for shopping with Roode Rose Art. This shipping policy outlines how orders are processed, packed and delivered.

1. Order processing times

• Standard orders: I aim to pack and ship all items within 1 week of receiving your order.

• Pre-order or special requests: Some items may require additional time. Please allow up to 3 weeks for pre-ordered items to be packed and shipped.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated per item and depending on size, weight, and destination of your order:

• Large items (e.g paintings and full sized prints): Each large item is shipped individually, and the shipping cost for that item is applied at check out.

• Multiple small items: small items can be packed together in a single shipment, and shipping costs will reflect the combined package.

The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

3. Delivery 

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

• Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Please note that international shipments may take longer due to customs or postal delays.

4. Damaged or lost items

• I take care in packaging each item securly.

• If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me at                                                     as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

5. Customs and import taxes:

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
